Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. provides Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) Venue Security Standards Program. The Technology is a corporate-level security program for LNE venues. The foundation of the Technology is a comprehensive series of formalized security standards comprised of policies and procedures designed to support and ensure consistency across individual venue security programs. The Technology does not include implementation of the LNE Venue Security Standards by individual venues.

911inform Holdings Inc.

The Technology is the development and implementation of a Transportation Security Administration (TSA)-approved security program that includes physical and electronic measures, tools, and procedures.

Kuehne + Nagel Inc. provides, under the Certified Cargo Screening Program, a Certified Cargo Screening Facility. Certified Cargo Screening Facilities are secure facilities established per directives the Transportation Security Administration issued for screening and securing cargo which will be transported on passenger aircraft.

Administered at the board, executive, and management levels, the Technology manages cybersecurity risk through governance, strategic direction, network security and data protection, business assurance, incident response, training, and policies and guidance.
