Approved Technologies

The SAFETY Act provides two levels of liability protections for approval: Designation and Certification. By obtaining either Designation or Certification, companies obtain a level of legal protection in case their technology is ever put to use during a terrorist attack. See below for a list of approved technology certifications.

FinClusive Capital, Inc. provides Terrorism Financing Detection Program. The Technology is a cloud-hosted software platform that enables customers to complete financial crimes compliance screens (i.e., anti-money laundering, know your customer, and customer due diligence) on parties making transactions via their business.


Royal Realty Corp. d/b/a The Durst Organization, Royal 1 WTC Management LLC, and Durst WTC Holding LLC

Royal Realty Corp. d/b/a The Durst Organization, Royal 1 WTC Management LLC, and Durst WTC Holding LLC provides One World Trade Center Security Program. The Technology is an integrated security system based on suggested guidelines derived from State and local fire prevention codes and government agency recommendations, and it is in compliance with New York Local Law 26. The Technology is comprised of policies and procedures, trained personnel, and physical and electronic anti-terrorism security measures.


Rocket Ball, Ltd. and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P.

Rocket Ball, Ltd. and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment, L.P. provides Toyota Center Security Program. The Technology is a comprehensive area security program composed of physical and electronic security measures and procedures designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism during game days, non-game days, special events, and functions. The Technology includes persistent security coverage and incorporates systems; security practices; the selection and maintenance of electronic security measures; and the hiring, vetting, training, and management oversight of its employees and contractors.

ServiceSource, Inc., provides the Mail Processing, Screening, and Distribution Service in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s Consolidated Remote Delivery Site in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The Technology is an integrated set of processes, procedures, equipment, and personnel designed to safeguard facilities, their occupants, and addressees against mail-borne chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threats.


ARES Security Corporation

ARES Security Corporation provides Automated Vulnerability Evaluation for Risks of Terrorism® (AVERT®) Software and Related Services for AVERT® Physical Security, a PC-based software tool for performing vulnerability assessments of user-defined facilities. The Technology uses 3D graphic tools, digital imagery information, and components, such as customer facility designs and geographic data, to develop a 3D site map of a customer’s facility.

URW WEA LLC; Unibail – Rodamco - Westfield S.E.; Unibail - Rodamco -Westfield N.V.; New WTC Retail Owner, LLC; New WTC Retail JV LLC; New WTC Retail Member LLC; WWTC Entertainment LLC; Westfield Property Management LLC; Westfield, LLC; Westfield U.S. Holdings, LLC; WEA Holdings LLC; Westfield America Limited Partnership; and URW America Inc. provide Westfield World Trade Center Security Services. The Technology is a security program comprised of security policies and procedures, technology solutions, and internal resources to assist in detecting, defending, deterring, responding to, and mitigating the effects of acts of terrorism for the Westfield Retail Areas and Westfield Special Events at the redeveloped World Trade Center property in New York, New York.


The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey provides the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) Tunnel Breach Mitigation System, a multi-layered approach for the detection, prevention, and mitigation of terrorist attacks using improvised explosive devices to breach PATH tunnel walls below the Hudson River (the Technology).


Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC and Philadelphia Eagles, LLC

Approved: May 16, 2025 | Expires: August 31, 2030

Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC, and Philadelphia Eagles, LLC provide the Security Program for Lincoln Financial Field. The Technology is a comprehensive security program based on the National Football League’s (NFL) Best Practices for Stadium Security, which is composed of policies, procedures, physical, and electronic security equipment, and trained personnel to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism on event and non-event days at Lincoln Financial Field.


ASM Global, LLC

Approved: May 16, 2025 | Expires: May 31, 2030

ASM Global, LLC provides the ASM Global Security Program for EverBank Stadium. The Technology is an integrated security program composed of physical and electronic security measures, policies and procedures, and personnel designed to detect, deter, prevent, respond to, and mitigate Acts of Terrorism and security threats against EverBank Stadium.
