Certifications

For Certification, a technology must have demonstrated confidence of continued effectiveness: i.e., it will perform as intended, conform to the seller’s specifications, and is safe for use as intended. In addition to the benefits provided under Designation, Certification allows Sellers of antiterrorism technologies to assert the Government Contractor Defense that immunizes Sellers from liability for claims arising from acts of terrorism. Technologies that receive Certification will be also placed on an Approved Products List for Homeland Security. Designation is a prerequisite for Certification.

Eid Passport, Inc. provides RAPIDGate® System (the “Technology”). The Technology is an identification, credentialing and access management program consisting of equipment, software, and support services for personnel entering secure facilities. The Technology combines identity assurance, background screening, smart credentials, biometrics, and electronic access control into a program that is purchased on a subscription basis. The Technology also includes training, maintenance, and replacement of the furnished equipment and software (including periodic software updates and upgrades), and customer service and technical support.


VMD-MT Security, LLC

VMD-MT Security, LLC provides Screening Partnership Program Services a/k/a Passenger and Baggage Security Screening Services (the “Technology”). Analogic Corporation provides the Carry-On Baggage Real-Time Assessment (“COBRA™”) Model Number AN6980 (the “Technology”). The Technology is an X-ray based detection system for the screening of carry-on items. The Technology also includes all technical manuals, warranty and maintenance services, site surveys, installation and on-site support, and training services.

(“NFPA”) is an American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”) Accredited Standards Development Organization that has developed NFPA/American National Standards using the NFPA Codes and Standards Development Process, which meets the requirements of due process and criteria for approval and withdrawal of American National Standards (the “Technology”). The Technology is a set of codes and standards that address anti-terrorism technologies in the areas of personal protective garments, equipment, professional qualifications for first responders, and for preparedness planning for infrastructure and enterprise protection, fire protection systems, and for critical electrical and building systems.

The Technology is a hand-held system designed to identify solid and liquid chemical materials and mixtures, including chemical warfare agents, toxic industrial chemicals, pesticides, and explosives.
