Designations

For Designation as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT), a technology must demonstrate effectiveness during operational testing or through prior use. Designation provides limited liability for third-party claims arising out of the deployment of the QATT with respect to an "Act of Terrorism." The maximum liability is determined by DHS, and the Seller is required to maintain liability insurance at that level. Other protections include immunity from punitive damages. A full Designation normally lasts for 5 years and can be renewed. Any technology deployed during its period of Designation is protected for the lifetime of its deployment.

The Technology is physical security services, and the unarmed security officers provide access control, foot patrols, monitor closed-circuit television, and screen people, vehicles, and packages. The Technology includes the hiring, vetting, and training, as well as quality control processes, and a proprietary Command Center.

Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership

The Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership ("Ravens") provides the M&T Bank Stadium Security Program (the "Technology"). The Technology is a comprehensive program that includes the screening of visitors and packages, emergency plans, threat assessments, physical and electronic security equipment, and trained personnel. The Technology applies to the entire stadium property, including the seating bowl and suites; gates; loading dock; inner and secondary perimeters; field; locker rooms; utility and mechanical systems; and command center.

Analogic Corporation

Analogic Corporation provides the Checkpoint CT Baggage Screening System (ConneCT or the Technology). The Technology is designed to detect explosives and other prohibited items, and is used for the screening of carry-on luggage at airports or other screening checkpoints. The Technology includes technical manuals, warranty and maintenance services, site surveys, installation and on-site support, and training services.

Brock Solutions Inc. and Brock Solutions U.S. Inc. provide the Automated In-Line Explosive Detection System ("EDS") Baggage Screening System (the "Technology"). The Technology is a control and software package designed for baggage screening systems of varying complexity. The Technology can be fully or partially implemented, and includes design, development, testing, installation, and integration services.

Rapiscan Systems, Inc.

Rapiscan Systems, Inc. provides Radiation Monitors. The Technology is a family of products that include portal, hand-held, and mobile radiation monitors. The Technology also includes the RAVENTM and KLOE communications software products.

AKAL Security Inc. provides Screening Partnership Program Services (the "Technology") at airports and other locations as the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") determines are in compliance with standard operating procedures, directives, policies, and updates the TSA Screening Partnership Program issues and are in compliance with the TSA issued contractual Statement of Work.

The Technology uses 3-D graphic tools, digital imagery information, and other components such as customer facility designs and geographic data to develop a 3-D site map of a customer’s facility. The Technology also includes associated manuals, related training, and options including support services, consultant services, and tactical review and validation of models by subject matter experts.

Constellis, LLC and American K9 Detection Services, LLC, operates as a Certified Cargo Screening Facility-Canine ("CCSF-K9") provider in accordance with directives issued by the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") for the screening and securing of cargo which will be transported on passenger and all-cargo aircraft (the "Technology").

PKWARE Corporation

PKWARE, Inc. provides Smartcrypt, formerly SecureZIP (the "Technology"). The Technology is a software package that provides the ability to protect and safeguard sensitive organizational data in the event of data theft or a terrorist attack on a network. The Technology provides ZIP compression and uses strong AES 256 encryption to protect data in motion or at rest. The Technology also includes Help Desk services and an administrative console for setting and enforcing data security policies.
